Custom-fitted bimini tops, extensions, and dodgers built for Georgian Bay sun and wind. Marine-grade Sunbrella, stainless or powder-coated aluminum frames. Geometry tuned for the open-water gusts you actually run in, not a sheltered harbour.
Mooring covers, cockpit covers, travel covers, and full side-curtain enclosures pattern-fitted to your boat. Built to handle Georgian Bay storage realities: hard UV all summer, freeze-thaw all winter, and the kind of wind that finds every loose seam.
Cockpit seats, helm seats, interior settees, V-berth cushions, and custom inserts. Match OEM for a factory look, or upgrade materials when you want something that holds up longer than what came from the builder.
Why This Shop
Our Driftwood Cove shop is at 93 Port Severn Rd N, right at the gateway to Georgian Bay. That puts us in driving range for boats based in Port Severn, Honey Harbour, Midland, Penetanguishene, and the Severn / Coldwater corridor. You're not shipping a cover three hours south to get it made and three hours back to fit it.
Georgian Bay is hard on canvas. Long sun exposure, hard wind off open water, freeze-thaw cycling on stored covers, and a season that runs from chilly spring shakedowns to late-fall haulout. We pick fabric weight, frame geometry, and seam placement for those conditions specifically. A cover that ships water in November is a cover that grows mildew by April.
One more thing about working with us at Driftwood Cove: canvas isn't the only thing happening at the shop. The same team handles detailing, fiberglass, and winterization, so a single drop-off can cover everything you'd otherwise be coordinating across three vendors.

Spring peak (March through May) typically books 3–4 weeks out for new builds. Off-season (late fall through early spring) is faster. Repairs are often quicker than new builds. If you're targeting a specific launch date, the earlier you reach out the better.
Most measure-and-fit work happens at our Driftwood Cove shop with the boat in. On-site measure visits are possible for Georgian Bay home marinas in some cases. Ask when you book and we'll work out the logistics.

Yes for most cases. Send photos with measurements and we'll quote the repair. We don't honor other shops' warranties, but we can repair almost any marine canvas: restitching, zipper replacement, panel patching, frame work, window replacement.
